The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement is proud to introduce a new program coming this Fall. Through a multi-year Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) grant, the University of Health Sciences Center College of Medicine proposes a new innovative program to increase the pipeline opportunity for URM undergraduate students seeking a career as a physician. The new innovative program named “ OU Med REV UP!” will be a medical school readiness program established to support MCAT course prep, mentoring, career building, simulated clinical experiences, financial literacy and soft skill development workshops. The OU Med REV UP! program is geared towards increasing the amount of qualified students, especially those from a disadvantaged backgrounds, to enter and succeed in medical school. Eligible participants should possess the following criteria listed below to apply; however, all applicants will be considered regardless of background.
