A Schedule of Events with all required conferences and meetings is published monthly and distributed to the entire department. Weekly conferences are a key strong point of the educational experience at OU and attendance is mandatory for all residents. Conferences are consolidated mainly on Mondays and Fridays to limit interference with clinical duties and to maximize the learning experience.
