I initiated patient- and family-driven input to pediatric IBD care. I developed a CDM report to improve IBD-related documentation. I introduced transitioning tools for the Pediatric IBD Clinic. I revised infliximab dosing protocol with pediatric pharmacy. I introduced (with collaboration) a deep vein thrombosis protocol for hospitalized pediatric IBD patients. I am collaborating nationally to improve a template letter for transitioning from pediatric to adult IBD providers.
