Why I chose this program : Being from Oklahoma, I have always been drawn to completing my education here and the anesthesia department at OU made that decision easy.  Everyone in the department is very kind and genuinely wants you to succeed not only as resident but as a person also.  The program is family-focused, which my wife and I appreciate as we raise our growing family.  Additionally, OKC is a great place to live as there is plenty to do and get involved with.
