Those interested in completing a four-week rotation with our department may request to be scheduled through the VSLO application. Upon receiving your VSLO application, our department will send an additional form to the email listed on your application. 

Both application through VSLO and submission of the form provided by the student coordinator are required for consideration for an elective course position. 

Confirmation of acceptance or denial for your chosen course dates will arrive to you via email.
