Adolescent Medicine at OU Children’s Physicians has broadened the scope of available services to address the health care concerns of young people between the ages of 10 and 23 years.
Amy Middleman, M.D., M.S.Ed., M.P.H.; Patrick W. Butler, Ph.D., L.C.S.W.; Kelly Curran, M.D.; and Shauna Lawlis, M.D., provide comprehensive and collaborative services for adolescent-specific issues. Uniting their broad ranges of expertise, this adolescent medicine team optimizes the health and well-being of adolescent patients using a strengths-based interdisciplinary approach to treat common, yet often complex and/or chronic conditions, including such concerns or conditions as:

- Chronic fatigue
- Eating disorders

- Polycystic ovary syndrome
