Committee Meetings:
- Must be held every 6 months after advance to candidacy
- Progress report to be submitted 2 weeks after each committee meeting to Program Coordinator
- Annual Advisory report should be submitted by July 31 of each year
Defense:
- Notify Program Director at least 3 months in advance of intent to submit
- Set date
- Submit reading copy two months before defense date
- Coordinate with Department and Graduate College on defense and submission details
