About me: I'm from Washington state, did my undergrad in Utah and medical school in Dallas. I married my wife in 2022 and enjoy being a dad to our daughter. I love anything outdoors, especially backpavking, hiking and national parks. 

Hobbies: Hiking, reading, kayaking and playing with my daughter

Favorite thing(s) to do in OKC: kayaking in Lake Stanley Draper; Scissortail Park

Best thing(s) about the program: Low drama, high quality, very social residents. The faculty is super supportive and love teaching.

Hometown: Houston, TX / Greenville, SC

About me: I'm from Houston and spent 10ish years in South Caroline before moving back. I completed my undergrad in Houston and medical school in San Antonio. I am interested in neuromodulation therapies in psychiatry. i have a cat named Juno that I stole from a recent neurology chief. My fiancee is an internal medical resident at another program and at the time of writing this, our wedding is in a few months.

Favorite thing(s) to do in OKC: Trying new restaurants, bothering my friends, Thunder games and pickleball

Best thing(s) about the program: The people - the program does a great job of finding people that really mesh well together. The attendings and staff are supportive and patient. There is lots of exposure to consult-liaison psychiatry . There are many learning opportunities but good safety nets and support to facilities them.

About me: A dad trying to balance life as a doctor while also developing mini athletes. 

Hobbies: Playing sports and video games with my kids, jiu jitsu and BBQing

Favorite thing(s) to do in OKC: Going to kid's sports game, Okana Water Park and the Science Museum

Best thing(s) about the program: The exposure to a variety of settings and acuities of psychiatric disease

About me: I'm Vietnamese-American and an orange cat owner. 

Hobbies: Rock climbing, pickleball, live music, finding new spots to eat, watching TV/movies, thrifting, sewing and crafting, and traveling

Favorite thing(s) to do in OKC: Eat and drink, climb, pickleball, go dancing with friends, karaoke, coffee and matcha pop-ups, and Thunder games

Best thing(s) about the program: The people throughout the program keep me same and I found my festie besties who make me feel young again :) And of course, I enjoy the support of my amazing attendings and senior residents.

About me: I am from Oklahoma City but I grew up in several states as a kid. I went to OU for medical school and was happy to be able to stay for residency. I am interested in consult-liaison psychiatry.
