All applications to our program must be submitted through the) Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
Your application is considered complete only when all of the following items are received.
- Application
- Personal Statement
- Three Letters of Recommendation for the 2025-2026 match
- One from a Program Director or Chairman
- One should come from a Urologist who knows you well
- Medical School Transcript
- USMLE Step 1 Score and Step 2 results. COMLEX scores are also accepted. While taking Step 2 for DO students is not required, it is highly encouraged.
Fall 2025 Interview Dates
Our department is using a hybrid approach.
OU and visiting students will be interviewed virtually. The two interview dates are:
- Monday, December 15, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Friday, December 19, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
All other selected applicants will be interviewed in-person. The two interview days are:
- Tuesday, November 11, 2025 | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday, December 11, 2025 | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
