Application Process

Our program has a commitment to access and opportunity. We recognize and respect the essential worth of each individual. We are committed to building a welcoming and supporting environment where each resident, fellow, faculty, and staff feel welcomes, valued, and supported for success.


All applications to our program must be submitted through the) Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

Your application is considered complete only when all of the following items are received.

  • Application
  • Personal Statement
  • Three Letters of Recommendation for the 2024-2025 match
  • One from a Program Director or Chairman
  • One should come from a Urologist who knows you well
  • Medical School Transcript
  • USMLE Step 1 Score and Step 2 results. COMLEX scores are also accepted. While taking Step 2 for DO students is not required, it is highly encouraged.

Fall 2024 interview dates will be posted in August or September.
