The fellowship curriculum is structured to provide balanced exposure to inpatient and outpatient epilepsy care, EEG interpretation, and surgical epilepsy evaluation, while allowing flexibility to meet individual educational objectives.

Core curriculum elements include:

• Inpatient Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) experience
• EEG interpretation – including routine and long-term monitoring studies
• Longitudinal outpatient epilepsy clinics (adult and/or pediatric)
• Surgical epilepsy evaluation and multidisciplinary conferences
• Teaching and scholarly activity

The curriculum is adapted throughout the fellowship year based on clinical interests, prior experience, and anticipated career direction.
