The University of Oklahoma General Surgery Residency Program offers a wide breadth of clinical and operative exposure. Residents rotate through diverse settings including the state's only ACS verified level one trauma center at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center, a community setting such as OU Health Edmond Medical Center, a more rural experience at Comanche County Memorial Hospital, and specialized training facilities such as Oklahoma Children’s Hospital. Below is a list of a rotation schedule for our residents. The schedule is subject to change from year to year.
