Giving

The Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine provides lifesaving care to patients at some of the most critical moments of their lives. As the front line of the healthcare system, emergency physicians diagnose and treat serious illness, traumatic injuries, and unexpected medical emergencies—24 hours a day, every day.

Philanthropic support plays an essential role in advancing the department’s mission of exceptional patient care, outstanding medical education, and innovative research. Through the generosity of donors, the department can expand programs that strengthen emergency care across Oklahoma while training the next generation of emergency medicine physicians.
