PhD program in Biochemistry

Students enter the PhD program in Biochemistry either through the GPIBS first-year umbrella program or through the MD/PhD program
Prerequisites for entering the Biochemistry track from GPIBS require that you take a minimum of three BIOC Spring selectives during the GPIBS curriculum.
No additional didactic coursework is required after the GIBS curriculum
We prepare students for a variety of research related careers in academics, biotech, science policy and patent law.
