About Our Leadership:
Dr. Amanda Moyer is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Rheumatology and board-eligible in adult rheumatology. She is currently the Interim Division Chief of Pediatric Rheumatology at OU Health and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
Dr. Moyer provides care for pediatric rheumatology patients at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital and manages adult rheumatology patients at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) in Oklahoma City.
Her clinical and research interests include adolescent and young adult (AYA) rheumatology care, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), medical education, autoinflammatory disease, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).
Mission:
The mission of the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology at OU Health is to lead in providing compassionate, expert, and accessible care for children and families across Oklahoma affected by rheumatic diseases. We are dedicated to closing gaps in pediatric rheumatology access statewide, especially for those historically underserved—through excellence in clinical care, innovative and collaborative research, and comprehensive education of medical trainees and the community.
