The goal of the OU College of Medicine Interventional Radiology Residency program is to sustain an environment of excellent patient care, learning, and scholarship for interventional radiology residents. This will enable them to enter a career of clinical and technical excellence as strong clinicians and leaders in their community and region. Our program is located on a large campus with many opportunities for growth. As the only Level One trauma center in the state there is an expansive patient population. Cases also come from the NCI designated Cancer Center as well as the Veteran Affairs hospital within a short distance.
The Interventional Radiology Residency Training Program accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).
Candidates should contact their local Graduate Medical Education office for instructions on registering with ERAS. Our program participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) http://www.nrmp.org/
