Cory Bright, MD

Cory is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemisty and Molecular Biology and a minor in Microbiology. He then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine for medical school, which he graduated from in 2021. After medical school he completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2024. Next year he plans to join a local group as a hospitalist. In his free time, he enjoys following sports including the Oklahoma State Cowboys, OKC Thunder, Dallas Cowboys Football, as well as spending time at the gym and golfing with friends. Cory lives with his wife in the Oklahoma City area.

 

 

 Olivia Gordon, MD

Olivia was raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2016 and an M.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2021. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2024. After chief resident year, she is joining the Department of Medicine Faculty in 2025 where she will serve as an attending in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She lives in Oklahoma City with her husband who is also an internal medicine resident, their daughter and dog. She enjoys trying new restaurants, interior design, crime mysteries, and spending time with family.

Sachin Saju, MD

Sachin was born in Kerala, India, and raised in Yukon, Oklahoma. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating summa cum laude. He then attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma, where he graduated with AOA honors. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2024. Passionate about resident wellness and mentorship, Sachin also enjoys teaching medical students whenever possible. Sachin is also passionate about expanding research opportunities for residents. Next year, he will continue his training as a cardiology fellow at OU. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring new restaurants in Oklahoma City, as well as playing volleyball and cricket. He lives in the metro area with his wife.

Gina Moon, MD

Gina was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Engineering from Cornell University in 2014 and an M.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2021.  She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2024.  After her VA Chief year, she plans to start a 3-year gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship and the University of Maryland and the National Institutes of Health.  In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering for the OKC Thunder basketball team.
