OUHSC Office of Admissions and Records

The permanent academic record accumulated by students in the OU College of Medicine is maintained by the Registrar in the OUHSC Office of Admissions & Records. Upon written request, copies of the student’s transcript will be made available to the student. The Office of Admissions and Records is part of the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development. They provide support services and information for prospective and current students, alumni, and University administration.

Information maintained by the University of Oklahoma about students and, in some instances, former students are covered under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  FERPA is defined as either directory or confidential.
