Salary

2025–2026 Salary Schedule

  • PGY-1: $62,731
  • PGY-2: $65,205
  • PGY-3: $67,773

 Paid Time Off

  • 3 weeks of vacation + 5 holiday days
  • 5 days of educational leave

Parental Leave

  • All residents are eligible for 6 weeks of paid parental leave. We will work with your schedule to optimize that leave time. 
  • On average, we have 5-9 babies born to residents each year with a record number 11 in the 2023-2024 academic year. 

Academic & Educational Support

  • Laptop computer issued for use throughout residency
  • Scholarly activity support: Program covers costs associated with abstract and manuscript submission, conference registration, and travel
  • American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) membership: Annual dues paid by the program, including access to the Red Book and PediaLink Q&A resources
  • MedStudy Core Curriculum: Complete Pediatrics textbook series provided at no cost
