- PGY-1: $62,731
- PGY-2: $65,205

Parental Leave
- All residents are eligible for 6 weeks of paid parental leave. We will work with your schedule to optimize that leave time.
- On average, we have 5-9 babies born to residents each year with a record number 11 in the 2023-2024 academic year.
Academic & Educational Support
- Laptop computer issued for use throughout residency
- Scholarly activity support: Program covers costs associated with abstract and manuscript submission, conference registration, and travel
- American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) membership: Annual dues paid by the program, including access to the Red Book and PediaLink Q&A resources
- MedStudy Core Curriculum: Complete Pediatrics textbook series provided at no cost
