The OU College of Medicine neurology offers fourth-year electives for OU College of Medicine students and medical students from other schools (externships). Options for fourth-year rotations are quite varied and may be patient centered (e.g., the subinternship) or research centered. We offer the clinical clerkship as a rotation for externs who have not completed a neurology clerkship at their home school. Students must have completed a clinical clerkship in neurology prior to participation in a fourth-year elective rotation.
