Stipend
The base stipends is currently $53,000.
Insurance
Health insurance is available for all positions. Residents sign-up for insurance through the campus HR system. The health insurance policies do not include Dental or Vision insurance. Residents can sign-up for Dental and Vision insurance for additional costs to them.
Liability Insurance
Professional liability coverage is at the resident's expense. If a resident chooses not to purchase a liability policy, then the resident will be covered under the State Tort Claims Act for Medical Providers.
Leave
Residents receive 200 hours of schedule and unscheduled leave and 40 hours of academic leave. Holidays are based on the OU Health schedule and are listed below.

Professional Expenses
Residents are provided financial assistance to attend a minimum of one conference. Additional reimbursement for licensure expenses and educational materials may also be available. The amount of reimbursement is determined annually by departmental budget.
