• MP2: $ 65,205

Paid Time Off

Academic & Educational Support

• Board Prep Resources:
  • Internal Medicine: General IM textbook and MKSAP
  • Pediatrics: MedStudy Core Curriculum and Bright Futures pocket guide
• Laptop: Provided by the Pediatrics department for use throughout residency
• Certifications: PALS, NRP, and ACLS courses arranged and paid for during orientation
• Scholarly Activity Support: Costs associated with presenting research (abstract/manuscript submission, conference registration, and travel) are covered
• AAP Membership: Annual dues paid, including access to the Red Book and PediaLink resources

Meals & Nutrition

• Quarterly Meal Stipends from Pediatric department and GME office to offset cafeteria expenses
• Resident Lounge Access:
  • Internal Medicine: Stocked refrigerator with cold sandwiches, chips, and soda for overnight coverage
  • Pediatrics: Lounge with beverages snacks
• Conference Meals: Lunch provided during noon conferences on the Internal Medicine side every day and for the Pediatric side on Wednesdays
