Why I chose OU: One aspect that stood out to me was the consistency of the program’s leadership. That kind of continuity is important to me because it reflects a leadership team with experience in developing residents. I also got the sense that they cared about each resident as an individual. When you combine those aspects with the "Midwest Nice" that I noticed in every interaction, it was clear that OU was an ideal fit!
