If you are interested in precepting a student, please complete and submit the form below. A member of the Office of Community Partnerships will contact you to discuss the next steps and answer any questions you may have.

All Board-Certified Physicians (MD and DO) and Physician Assistants (PA) working in Oklahoma are eligible to become a Preceptor.

REQUIREMENTS

As a preceptor, you will be required to:

Maintain your professional license and board certification
Complete an annual Preceptor Training
Host student(s) for a clerkship rotation
OKC: Block Rotation Clerkship
Tulsa: Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship
Demonstrate clear knowledge of student educational competencies & learning objectives
Complete an online student evaluation
