Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident
Luke hails from Mitchell, South Dakota. He graduated from Augustana University with a BA in Biology. He then attended medical school at the University of Kansas. Throughout medical school, he served extensively as a women’s healthcare advocate, including with JayDoc Clinic, a student-run health clinic that provides healthcare to uninsured and underinsured people in the greater Kansas City area, and Planned Parenthood Great Plains. Luke also gave back to his community through his work with Happy Bottoms, an organization in Kansas City that collaborates with various community partners to provide low-income families in the Kansas City area with free diapers. Luke enjoys Marvel movies, time at the gym, visiting breweries while traveling, listening to sports podcasts, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings. He also enjoys cooking and is always looking for new recipes to try.
