Olivia Webb, MD

Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident

Olivia is a native of eastern Oklahoma, coming to us from Broken Arrow.  She earned her BS in Molecular Biology from Northeastern State in Tahlequah, OK, and continued her education obtaining her medical doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Olivia took a keen interest in research during medical school, volunteering with the Miyazaki Enterprises Phase II Human Subjects Protocol initiative.  This simulation training aims to ultimately improve performance during vaginal hysterectomy using Tobii eye tracking glasses.  She served as secretary of the OBGYN Interest Group and as a member of the Diversity Alliance Task Force.  When she sees a need, Olivia always seeks to address it.  Olivia co-created and co-led the Rural and Tribal Medicine Interest Group, an organization focused on both advocacy and education.  She also created and led the Student Alliance for Serving the Homeless (SASH), an organization dedicated to serving the homeless population in the Oklahoma City area.

When not at work, Olivia loves reading, a passion she has held since childhood.  She particularly enjoys thrillers and memoirs.  Baking has been a favorite hobby as long as she can remember, and she has made a goal of working through the “100 Cookies” cookbook.  While she didn’t develop a green thumb until undergrad, Olivia considers herself a gardener and plant lover, and she hopes to one day have an outdoor garden for flowers and vegetables.
