Message from the Fellowship Program Director

Welcome to the Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Our fellowship offers comprehensive and immersive training experience for physicians pursuing a career in critical care medicine. Depending on prior training, fellows may complete either a one- or two-year program.

Fellows train alongside accomplished faculty committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and mentorship. The program offers broad exposure to the full spectrum of critical care, including specialized rotations in the Trauma ICU, Neurosciences ICU, Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), and advanced critical care echocardiography.

Our curriculum is designed not only to ensure mastery of essential critical care competencies, but also to support the development of individualized clinical or academic niches. We are committed to providing the mentorship, resources, and opportunities needed to help our fellows thrive.

We look forward to training the next generation of intensivists and supporting your journey toward independent and impactful practice.

Warm regards,
