All of our Fellows will have an assigned research mentor to guide their scholarly activities. In addition, our Research Mentorship Committee meets twice a year with the Critical Care Fellows to guide and evaluate the progress of their research. Fellows present their findings to the Division once a year. All Fellows are expected to publish at least one manuscript during their training and to have a national poster presentation. The program supports travel to national conferences for accepted presentations.
