Dr. Christopher Williams brings his previous experience in electrical engineering to bear on clinical pathology, he is experienced in HLA, coagulation, and transfusion medicine. Dr. Williams has been privileged to work with the dedicated staff at the Family Medicine Clinic and Stephenson Cancer Center laboratories as their medical director. Dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the laboratory, he is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that attracts and retains top-tier laboratory professionals.

Clinical/Research Interests:

  • Interested in exploring User Exerpience (UX) design within the laboratory context and how it contribues to patient safety and staff satisfaction.
  • Investigating opportunites for continued laboratory automation, especially in reducing manual transciption erros and novel uses for AI/LLMs to increase quality and reduce errors.
