Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this series, participants will improve their competence and performance by being able to:
1. Review indications of use, adverse effects (black box warnings) and required monitoring for the newer antiepileptic agents.
2. Summarize how to utilize newer antiepileptic medications in routine outpatient/inpatient practice.
