Dr. Hicks is a native Oklahoman who holds triple board certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, and General Psychiatry. He is an assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and a preceptor for trainees. Aside from mood, neurodevelopmental, and conduct disorders, Dr. Hicks has a primary clinical focus on problematic behaviors. Treatment components entail lifestyle modifications, therapy, and medication interventions. In addition to his outpatient clinical role, Dr. Hicks performs civil and criminal forensic evaluations, and is a consult-liaison psychiatrist at the Oklahoma Children’s Hospital.
