Ms. Samantha “Sami” Stretesky is an Assistant Professor with the Physician Associate Program. Her primary teaching responsibilities include didactic education. She is a 2020 graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Physician Associate Program; as well as a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Dietetic Internship. Prior to her faculty appointment, her clinical experiences include orthopedics and pulmonology & critical care; as well as experience as a registered dietitian in diabetes treatment and prevention. Ms. Stretesky also holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Orthopedic Surgery (CAQ-OS), Master of Science in Nutrition & Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
