Adult Neurology

The OU Health General Neurology Clinic is a leading center for outpatient neurological care, offering comprehensive evaluation and treatment for adult patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. Our clinic manages both common and complex disorders, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In addition to general neurology services, we also offer a Lumbar Puncture Clinic, providing diagnostic and therapeutic lumbar punctures in a controlled, outpatient setting performed by trained providers.

Teaching & Education

As part of the University of Oklahoma’s academic medical center, the General Neurology Clinic also serves a vital educational role. It is the primary training site for neurology residents to gain hands-on experience in outpatient neurology.

Here, residents work alongside faculty and advanced practice providers to develop expertise in diagnosing and managing neurological diseases in the ambulatory setting. The clinic fosters an environment of continuous learning, mentorship, and academic growth, reinforcing OU Health's mission to train the next generation of neurologists.
