The generalist OB/GYN section is the largest division within the OB/GYN department. We see both obstetric and gynecology patients for many reasons that include annual gynecologic exams, pap smears, and general health check ups, as well as visits for abnormal pap smears, birth control, abnormal uterine bleeding, hormone therapy, and gynecologic surgery.
Physicians see a wide variety of obstetric patients, ranging from uncomplicated pregnancies to those with concerns. We offer VBACs to appropriate patients.
In addition, outside of our office practice, we are involved in education of residents and medical students, working with community and health department clinics, and are active within the OU Health Sciences Center.
