The Department of Radiological Sciences Graduate Program in Medical Physics is comprised of faculty physicists from both the Department of Radiological Sciences and the Department of Radiation Oncology. With over a century of combined experience in the field of Medical Physics, the faculty governing the program provides both state-of-the-art research opportunities and education experience. The faculty in each department provide mentoring to graduate students who gain experience both in the clinical and scientific realms.

Kristina Booth, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Booth attended medical school and completed a general surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She then completed a Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. She is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Booth specializes in colon and rectal surgery. She is a member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons and also serves as the Associate Program Director for the department's general surgery residency.
