Improve Your Teaching
A series of modules from Johns Hopkins created complete with thought questions, quizzes, etc. and a place to get a certificate of completion.  This might be a useful resource for those involved in UME teaching that are not faculty.  It can be done in people’s own time frame and completion can be documented.
Teaching Modules for Faculty
From the American College of Surgeons. There are 4 faculty development modules (Teaching Millennials, Giving Constructive Feedback, Intraoperative Teaching, & Clinical Teaching: The Teachable Moment) that can be used to potentially help your faculty better interact with the current generation of residents and students.  They take 20-30 minutes each.
