Vishnu Nagalapuram , MD
Dr. Nagalapuram graduated medical school from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Coimbatore, India. He then pursued a sickle cell disease research internship at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Later, he did his Internal Medicine residency at UAB Montgomery program during which he obtained ASH HONORS award. He couples matched at OU for his Hematology/Oncology fellowship along with his wife Dr. Jagadeesan who is a Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellow. Outside of work, they like to travel, play pool, kayak, and spending time with friends and family.
