Application Process

2022 Interview Dates
Tuesday, November 8th
Thursday, November 18th
Friday, December 8th

All interviews in 2022 will be conducted by Zoom.

During your interview you will have a chance to meet with:

Dr. Michael Cookson, Chairman
Dr. Gennady Slobodov, Program Director
Dr. Brian Cross, Associate Program Director
As well as other faculty.

Further information including driving directions, maps and hotels will be emailed to those who are selected to interview.

All applications to our program must be submitted through the) Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

Your application is considered complete only when all of the following items are received.

  • Application
  • Personal Statement
  • Three Letters of Recommendation for the 2023 match
  • One from a Program Director or Chairman
  • One should come from a Urologist who knows you well
  • Medical School Transcript
  • USMLE Step 1 Score or Pass/Fail results

Your application must be complete by October 7th, 2022 in order to be reviewed by our Program.  Please do not mail or email additional materials; they will not be included with your application for review.
