Mission Statement

To develop a dynamic culture of mentorship through formal programs and informal relationships that foster the growth of faculty members engaged in the educational mission of the institution. This culture of mentorship would encompass a variety of activities, including advising, teaching, coaching, advocacy, sponsorship, and role modeling, as well as assistance with personal development and achieving a work-life balance.
