There are two distinct categories/forums to which you can submit your work; review the options below.
Research Abstracts
- No more than 500 words including tables and graphs.
- Please include the following:
- Introduction & background
- Research objectives
- Methods & Results
- Conclusions
- Funding (if applicable)
- Up to 3 key words
- The purpose of this session is to highlight the results of innovative professional education research projects.
Formative Feedback Abstracts
- Discuss your ideas for innovative curricular/ classroom interventions or proposed research projects/ ideas. No data needed. This is an opportunity to receive feedback BEFORE you get started to ensure your project’s success.
- No more than 500 words including tables and graphs.
- Please include the following:
- Introduction & background that describes the gap in the literature and how your project will address the need
- Research objectives that describes what you propose
- Methods that describe how you plan to carry out the project (pre/post test, randomized control, population, proposed data analysis or planned educational innovations)
- Discussion should include expected outcomes and how the results will add to the literature
The poster session is open for campus-wide participation and viewing.
