This might be a useful resource for those involved in UME teaching that are not faculty. It can be done in people’s own time frame and completion can be documented.

There are 4 faculty development modules (Teaching Millennials, Giving Constructive Feedback, Intraoperative Teaching, & Clinical Teaching: The Teachable Moment) that can be used to potentially help your faculty better interact with the current generation of residents and students.
