Lindsey D. Pearson, MSN, APRN-CNP, Clinical Instructor in Geriatric Trauma, Reynolds Section of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She originally completed her education at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where she earned a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. There, she also completed her Master's in Nursing Administration/Management degree and the Family Nurse Practitioner, post-master's certification program. She then completed an Acute Care Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner post-master's certification from the University of Pennsylvania to advance her education and specialization in the field of Geriatrics on the trauma service at the OU Medical Center. She aspires to complete the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree one day. Clinically, she consults on the trauma service on all trauma admissions over 60 years old at the OU Medical Center's trauma ICU, trauma stepdown, trauma floor, and ER. She also has precepted medical students and nurse practitioner students.
