Dr. Gessouroun joined the critical care faculty in 1990 after residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in PCCM at Children's Medical Center of Dallas: UT Southwestern. He was instrumental in building the section as it is today. He was recently named Chairman of Pediatrics. His interests include respiratory failure and procedural sedation.
