Dr. Gomez is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics in the Section of General and Community Pediatrics. She provides integrated behavioral health care in the multidisciplinary Sooner Pediatrics primary care clinic within the Oklahoma Children’s Hospital at OU Health. Dr. Gomez provides brief evidence-based interventions for an array of presenting concerns such as behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, toileting issues, and school problems. She provides clinical supervision for practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral residents. Areas of professional and research interest include integrated behavioral health, primary care, diversity considerations, and psychology training.
