Our lab uses the zebrafish genetic model to study lymphocyte development and the lymphoblast cancers acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL). We investigate the genomic, genetic, and transcriptional events that drive B- and T-ALL/LBL oncogenesis and progression. We aim to identify genes and pathways that control normal lymphocyte differentiation as well as abnormal lymphoblast malignancies.
