Dr. Soror obtained her MD degree from Zagazig university-Egypt. After graduation, she completed general medicine internship followed by a three-year Hematology-Oncology training. She also obtained a master's degree from the National Cancer Institute- Cairo university and was appointed a faculty position at the same university program she graduated from. When she moved to the United States, she did rotations at MD Anderson Cancer Center and multiple other institutions to obtain more research experience and to familiarize with the American Heath System. She then completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Western Reserve Health Education in Ohio and was awarded the American Society of Hematology (ASH) abstract achievement award in 2021.She is currently pursuing her passion in Hematology Oncology at OUHSC/Stephenson Cancer Center and her focus of interest is Sarcoma, Lymphoma, and Immunotherapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and playing electric piano.
