Katie Robichaux, MD

Katie was born and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana.  She graduated from Nicholls State University with degrees in Music and Biology before attending medical school at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.  During medical school, Katie volunteered for Day with the Docs, a program run by second-year medical students that aims to educate and inform high-school students across south Louisiana about careers in medicine and the pathway to medical school.  She also performed as a member of the Diabeats Med School Dance Team at semesterly events to fundraise for LSU’s student-run community clinics and Camp Tiger.  Along with dance, Katie stays active with kickboxing and group fitness classes.  She enjoys playing classical piano, Catan game nights, and cheering on the New Orleans Saints. Above all she is a dessert lover and is looking for the best ice cream shop in OKC!
