Just like life itself, a fellowship poses unique challenges. You cannot become an outstanding pediatric endocrinologist if you are training in an environment that does not recognize and prioritize the importance of emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial health. Whether it is becoming your second family, destigmatizing mental health support and treatment, or addressing through psychoeducational testing what might be standing in the way of you becoming a strong test-taker, we provide a safe space and the resources necessary for you to thrive personally and professionally. Additionally, the fellows have a designated monthly meeting with the Program Director and Program Coordinator.
