Student Evaluation & Assessment Resources:

  • Educational Program Objectives The Educational Program Objectives (EPOs) guide the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the College of Medicine and School of Community Medicine undergraduate medical education program.  It is important for all Preceptors to be familiar with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors that students are expected to learn during their rotations with you. Please review these EPOs HERE

Student Evaluations

After working with a student, all preceptors will receive an email from “LEO Help Desk (HSC) - LEOHelpDesk@ou.edu” that contains a Student Evaluation link. Click the blue link to immediately complete the quick evaluation. An example email is included below.

Preceptors will have one week to fill out the quick evaluation.

If you have any trouble accessing the form, please email LEOhelpdesk@ouhsc.edu

When completing the evaluation, we strongly encourage all preceptors to write a detailed answer on the student’s performance (Question 20 – pictured below) as students will utilize these comments when they apply for residency programs.
