Certified Prosthetist Orthotist, Clinical Instructor
Amanda Knowles, CPO is a board certified Prosthetist Orthotist. Amanda completed her undergraduate degree at Oklahoma City University in 2005. She earned her Master’s degree at the Northwestern University Prosthetics and Orthotic Center in Chicago, Illinois in 2019. She completed her prosthetic and orthotic residency at OU and has been a faculty member since 2021. Amanda has served as Chairperson for the Oklahoma Medical Board Orthotic & Prosthetic Advisory Committee since February 2023.
Amanda has a special interest in resident education and enjoys participating in multiple didactic lectures each year covering lower extremity and spinal orthotic treatment.
Amanda spends most of her free time with her friends at the gym or playing with her pups at the dog park.
