Clinical/Research Interests:
My long-term research interest is to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of microvascular physiological and pathological mechanisms especially inflammation and aging and to develop new strategies for treatment of different age-related diseases, like Vascular Cognitive Impairment (VCID).
